As part of our 2021 wellbeing program we have embraced The Resilience Project to share their 10-part online Wellbeing Series created to support your mental and physical health.
Being aware of wellbeing factors such as mindset, diet, physical activity and feelings of connectedness can support us to build resilience and increase wellbeing.
Each part in the series consists of a short video, less than five minutes long, and addresses a key factor to wellbeing through a storytelling approach.
Each part is accompanied by links to further information that highlight the research and accessible ways to practise in everyday life.
