We supply bulk sugar to some of the leading food and beverage manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand.
Sugar Australia manufactures a range of products under the iconic CSR brand. Wilmar has the majority share of Sugar Australia in a joint venture with Mackay Sugar Limited.
New Zealand Sugar manufactures a range of products under the iconic Chelsea brand. Wilmar has the majority share of New Zealand Sugar in a joint venture with Mackay Sugar Limited.
We operate three sugar refineries in Australia and New Zealand in a joint-venture partnership.
Our consumer brands have been household names for well over a century.
Refined sugar
We manufacture a range of sugar products at our refineries in Australia and New Zealand. We do this through our majority share of the Sugar Australia and New Zealand Sugar joint ventures with Mackay Sugar Limited.
We refine raw sugar to produce the quality retail products you find at your local supermarket. These include white, brown, caster and icing sugars, syrups, and a range of specialty sugars. Our consumer products are marketed under the iconic brands, CSR Sugar and Chelsea.
We also supply refined sugar products to customers within the industrial, foodservice and hospitality industries for use in a range of popular food and beverage products. We’re the leading supplier of refined sugar to these markets in Australia and New Zealand, and also export our sugar products to countries around the world.
