This product is an extract from the monk fruit plant which is also known as Siaritia grosvenorii. It may also be knows as Luo Han Guo extract. This product is approximately 300 times sweeter than sugar.

This light coloured powder has good flavour, is easily soluble, and is available in several grades of mogroside.

Monk fruit is also known for its high-intensity natural, sweet flavour and can be used to reduce or replace sugar.
