Wilmar brought cheer to hundreds of hospital staff and volunteers from Ingham to Proserpine.

About 1500 snags and 40kg of onions were served up across events at the Townsville, Proserpine, Ingham and Ayr hospitals as a way to say thanks to local hospital teams, particularly those working through the busy Christmas period.

Wilmar employees also visited more than 100 patients at the four facilities, as well as the Home Hill Hospital, delivering gifts and goodwill.

Wilmar is a proud supporter of the Townsville Hospital Foundation, which assists patients and their families across the Townsville Health District. The district includes a number of hospitals in Wilmar’s sugar milling regions
